These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) shall apply to all deliveries made by O r t h o V i t a l - OG - Baumgartner to consumers.

3. Offer and conclusion of contract

3.1 The presentation of the products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but an invitation to order. Errors excepted.

3.2 By clicking the button "Send order" in the last step of the ordering process, you place a binding order for the goods contained in the shopping basket. The purchase contract is concluded when we accept your order by sending an order confirmation by e-mail immediately after receiving your order.

After completion of the order, the text of the contract is no longer accessible via the Internet for security reasons.

5. Right of withdrawal

Consumers have a statutory right of withdrawal.

Consumers within the meaning of the Consumer Protection Act may withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receipt of the goods without giving reasons in writing (letter, fax, e-mail), but also by returning the unopened goods. If the goods have been opened, they cannot be returned.

6. prices and shipping costs

Shipping costs:
Shipping within Austria usually takes 2-3 working days.

We ship to Austria, Germany, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Portugal, Sweden, Switzerland and Spain.

Export to other countries on request.
Please note that customs charges may apply outside the EU.

Shipping charges:
The flat rate is € 5,20 EUR per order.
(Dispatch takes place after receipt of payment)

Cash on delivery € 8,70 to Austria, and € 9,70 to Germany.

Switzerland:
The listed product prices are considered as tax-free export delivery according to §6 Abs 1 Z1 UStG in connection with § 7 UStG.
