Right of withdrawal

You have the right as a consumer to revoke this contract within thirty days without giving any reason.

The period is thirty days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the goods.

by means of a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by post, fax, or email) of your decision to revoke this contract. You can use the attached model withdrawal form for this purpose. To meet the deadline, it is sufficient to send the notification of the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the expiry of the withdrawal period.

Consequences of withdrawal
If you revoke this contract, we must repay all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (except for the additional costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the standard delivery offered by us), immediately and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which the notification of your revocation of this contract has reached us. For this repayment, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged fees for this repayment. We may refuse repayment until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earlier.

You must return or hand over the goods to us immediately and in any case no later than thirty days from the day on which you inform us of the revocation of this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the expiry of the thirty-day period. You bear the direct costs of returning the goods. You only have to pay for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling them in a way that is not necessary to check the quality, characteristics, and functionality of the goods.
